· Four Seasons Hotel Beirut: Procurement & Logistic Manager February 2014 – October 2019
Head of Procurement & Logistic department at Four Seasons Hotel Beirut
– Coordinate and manage the overall operation of the Purchasing, Receiving and Storeroom department as well as Logistic activities to ensure that all departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner
– Keep appropriate close contacts with business partners and constantly up to date with latest product and market information
– Take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e. hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) with Purchasing staff as required

– Strategically plan and manage annual requirement logistics from all over the world, warehouse, shipping, coordinate full order cycle, keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and process shipments, resolve any arising problems or complaints
– Purchasing of material for CAPEX and Special Projects, Coordinate purchases related to capital projects with the corporate Purchasing Department as well as outside contractors.
– Keep abreast of new and alternative products in the market and consult with hotel management on products to enhance cost effectiveness and quality standards
– Maintain the highest level of integrity and transparency in dealing with business partners and insure that business is awarded Fairley
