Distribution Officer

The position

Tea Time Company (http://www.teatime-prod.fr/) is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to manage the distribution of its a cappella musical show, Century Vox Sings Christmas (http://www.teatime-prod.fr/century-vox/). Founded in 2016, the company's mission is to create shows that offer a truly intimate connection with the audience. Its Christmas show embodies this approach. Suitable for all audiences, and also adaptable for schools in its educational format, the show features four a cappella singers exploring various aspects of the Christmas theme.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Distribution

The company is seeking a Distribution Manager whose responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining an up-to-date database of distributors and venues, ensuring alignment with the show's artistic vision;

- Developing a distribution strategy to market or secure the rights to the show "Century Vox Sings Christmas";

- Contacting industry professionals, sending promotional materials, and following up with contacts;

- Negotiating performance schedules and ticket prices with potential programmers, venues, and distributors, in accordance with the budgetary and commercial strategy defined by Tea Time Company;

- Verifying the technical feasibility of the show at the venue;

SKILLS

Tea Time Company is primarily seeking someone with a strong understanding of production and distribution networks, excellent computer skills, and strong oral communication and sales negotiation abilities. Experience in the field of live performance distribution is desirable.
