These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the intermittent.fr website. Using them constitutes acceptance.
1. Purpose of the service
intermittent.fr connects employers in the performing arts, film, and audiovisual sectors with freelance professionals, free of charge. The site publishes job postings, maintains a CV directory, and displays offers from partners.
The website acts as a technical intermediary. It is not a party to any employment contract, does not participate in any recruitment, and does not receive any commission.
2. Free of charge
Posting an ad, uploading a CV, browsing, and connecting with others are free, with no subscription or credit card required. The site is funded by advertising.
3. Conditions for posting an advertisement
An advertisement must correspond to a real job or mission offer in the field of entertainment, cinema, audiovisual or event management.
Specifically prohibited are:
- advertisements unrelated to this sector;
- discriminatory offers, as defined in Article L.1132-1 of the French Labour Code;
- offers that conceal status, remuneration or the real employer;
- proposals for undeclared work or volunteering disguised as employment;
- advertisements, calls for paid training and searches for service providers presented as job offers;
- offers requesting payment from the candidate, for any reason whatsoever;
- the automated or repeated deposit of the same content.
The author of an advertisement guarantees that they are authorized to recruit for the position described and to publish the information contained therein.
4. Conditions for submitting a CV
The submitted CV must belong to the person submitting it. It must not contain personal data concerning third parties without their consent, nor sensitive information as defined by the GDPR.
Your email address is not displayed: employers contact you via a form that relays their message. You can opt out of being contacted, remove your profile from the directory, or request its deletion at any time.
5. Moderation
Publication is generally immediate. The site reserves the right to submit a submission for review, to refuse it, to unpublish it or to delete it, without notice, if it violates these conditions or the law.
Automated technical measures reject robotic submissions. A legitimate submission rejected in error can be reported to contact@le-digital.com .
6. Advertisement lifespan
A job posting remains online for thirty days, or forty-five days for a permanent position, from the date of publication. After this period, it is archived: its page remains accessible, marked as expired, and is removed from job listings and search engines. A still-current job posting can be reposted upon request.
7. Networking
Messages sent via application and contact forms are forwarded by email to their recipients. The website does not retain any copies and does not guarantee that they will be read or that a response will be received.
The use of these forms for prospecting, soliciting or bulk mailing purposes is prohibited.
8. Site Assistant
The site offers an assistant that answers questions based on its public content. Its answers are generated automatically: they may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute legal or professional advice. If in doubt, refer to the official sources cited.
9. Automatic translation
The pages may be translated automatically. Only the French version is authoritative.
10. Availability
The site is provided as is. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and may suspend the service for maintenance.
11. Accounts
Accounts created on the old site remain valid for their owners. Access to the site's administration is reserved for its publisher.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all actions taken from your account.
12. Reporting
Any content that violates these terms and conditions can be reported using the button provided on each advertisement or to contact@le-digital.com .
13. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
