Job Opening: Event Coordinator

For student events, Lez’Events is recruiting motivated individuals to lead student weekend activities.

Lez’Events is an agency specializing in travel for student groups. We work to offer tailored solutions to student unions for their orientation weekends throughout France.

Travel expenses and meals covered by the agency.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Welcoming students
Liaison between the student union and campsite managers
Liaison between the student union and various service providers
Setting up on-site security and emergency teams according to the protocol established by Lez’Events
Ensuring adherence to the schedule (Meals / Activities / Parties)
Being present in case of incidents / Reporting incidents to the Lez’Events Manager
We are therefore looking for a serious, responsible, and above all, sociable, kind, and attentive individual. The position is shared between two people; teamwork and mutual support are essential.

Depending on your region, we can offer you weekends and locations close to home.
